尿道处女膜融合症合并尿道肉阜的诊治(附107例报告)

Diagnosis and treatment of urethro hymenal fusion complicated by urethral caruncle (Report of 107 cases)

目的：探讨尿道处女膜融合症并尿道肉阜的诊断标准及治疗方法。方法：尿道肉阜患者，若同时阴道口至尿道肉阜基底部的最短距离＜ ０．４ ｃｍ ，则诊为此病。共诊治 １０７ 例，采用尿道肉阜缝扎切除，尿道外口阴道口间距延长术，保持尿道外口阴道口间距＞ ０．５ ｃｍ ，且使尿道外口的口径＞ ０．８ ｃｍ 。结果：痊愈８６ 例（８０．３％ ），好转１７ 例（１６．０％ ），无效４ 例（３．７％ ）。结论：尿道处女膜融合症常合并尿道肉阜，手术治疗必须同时处理两种病症。

Purpose:To seek the ways of diagnosis and treatment of urethro hymenal fusion complicated by urethral caruncle.Methods:The diagnosis criterion of this disease was that the shortest distance between ostium vagina and the base of urethral caruncle was less than 0.4 cm. 107 cases were treated. Urethral caruncle was resected and the distance between urinary external meatus and ostium vagina was lengthened to longer than 0.5 cm,the diameter of urinary external meatus being kept more than 0.8 cm.Results:The symptoms disappeared completely in 86 cases ( 80.3 %), was ineffective in 4 cases ( 3.7 %).Conclusions:Urethro hymenal fusion is often complicated by urethral caruncle, both must be treated during operation. The operation reported by us was simple and effective.
