以第三方物流企业为核心的农产品供应链管理模式探析

A Study on the Agricultural Supply Chain Management Mode with the Third-Party Logistics Enterprises as Core Company

目前我国农产品供应链管理中存在着供应链管理意识淡薄、组织化程度低、缺乏有领导力的核心企业、物流管理薄弱、信息流通不畅以及涉农企业利益较难协调等六大问题。文章对这些问题的现象和成因进行了详细的分析,在此基础上,构建了以第三方物流企业为核心的农产品供应链模式,并结合该模式在运用新技术、降低成本、减少资金占用、降低风险以及提高服务质量、加速资金周转和产生规模效用等方面的特点和运行机制,提出通过培育和扶持第三方物流企业,建立先进的信息共享平台,建立完善的利益协调分配机制等措施来实施以第三方物流企业为核心的农产品供应链管理。

At present,there exist six problems of restricting agricultural supply chain management development in China,which are the weak of supply chain management consciousness,the lower organizational level,the lack of core enterprise with leadership,the obstruction of information circulation and the difficulty to coordinate the agricultural enterprise＇s benefit.In this paper,the phenomenon of these problems and causes are analyzed in detail,and based on this,it proposes to construct the agricultural supply chain management mode with the third-party logistics enterprises as core company.It combines the operation mechanism and features in using new technology,reducing cost,reducing the risks and improving the service quality,speeding up the capital turnover and produce scale,and shows that cultivating and supporting third-party logistics enterprises,establishing advanced information sharing platform,improving the interest coordination distribution mechanism to realize the third party logistics enterprise as the core of the supply chain management in China.
