Empirical Analysis of Shaanxi Urban Residents' Property Income

财产性收入是居民收入的主体构成部分之一。财产性收入快速提升将是中国经济发展的趋势之一。文章在分析陕西城镇居民收入现状的基础上,着重对陕西居民的财产性收入现状、水平、结构及变化态势进行了实证分析,并结合存在的问题,提出了提升陕西居民财产性收入,应从拓宽居民收入渠道,增强居民理财观念,完善金融体系等方面入手。

Property income is the main component of income for the urban residents.Rapid increase of property income is one of China＇s economic development trend.Based on the analysis of urban residents＇income in Shaanxi,focusing on the empirical analysis of the status,level,structure and trend changes of property incomes in Shaanxi,combined with existing problems,proposes the preliminary countermeasures to enhance the residential property income of Shaanxi from the increasing of resource,developing the idea of urban residents,and perfecting the financal system.
