摘要
以甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)为原料合成了2,3-环碳酸甘油酯甲基丙烯酸酯(PCMA),并通过FTIR、1HNMR、元素分析等方法对环碳酸酯进行了表征。详细讨论了催化剂的种类、反应温度、反应压力、反应时间对收率的影响。结果表明,以质量分数0.5%的四丁基氯化铵(TBAC)(以单体质量计,以下同)和质量分数0.5%的四丁基溴化铵(TBAB)(以单体质量计,以下同)为共催化剂,质量分数为0.5%的特丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)(以单体质量计,以下同)为阻聚剂,当温度为85℃,二氧化碳压力为1.2 MPa,反应15 h时,产物收率达到63.3%。
Propylene carbonate methacrylate(PCMA) was synthesized by using glycidyl methacrylate(GMA) as the raw material.The structure of PCMA was characterized by IR spectra,1HNMR and elementary analysis.The effects of catalysts,reaction temperature,atmospheric pressure and reaction time on the fractional conversion of the epoxy groups were discussed in detail.The results showed that when the TBAC and TBAB are used as the co-catalysts,tertiary butylhydroquinone as the inhibitor,with m(TBAC)∶m(TBAB)∶m(TBHQ)∶m(GMA)=1∶1∶1∶200,the reaction temperature and time is 85 ℃ and 15 h respectively,and the carbon dioxide pressure is 1.2 MPa,the yield can reach 63.3%.
