Study on load calculation method of new mode chain belt feeder

为适应煤矿对大运量,连续可调给料机的需求,研究开发了一种给料量大且连续可调、驱动功率小的新型链带式给料机。以链带式给料机为例,文章介绍了计算给料机载荷的三种方法,并使用此三种方法对链带式给料机的载荷进行了计算,计算结果表明工程实用公式的计算结果与实际比较相符,可以作为类似给料机设计计算的参考依据。

In order to meet the requirements of the large capacity and continued adjustable feeder, a new mode chain belt feeder with a large feeding capacity, continued adjustable and small driving power was researched and developed. Taking the chain belt feeder as an example, the paper introduced three load calculation methods of the feeder the three calculation methods were applied to calculate the load of the chain belt feeder. The calculation results showed that the calculation results of the engineering practical formula could be similar to the actual results and could be the references bases to the design calculation of the similar feeder.
