摘要
为了研究中硬偏坚硬覆岩高强度综采条件下覆岩裂缝带发育规律,根据潞安矿区王庄煤矿6206工作面开采地质条件,利用现场实测、数值仿真、相似材料模拟等手段综合研究确定了中硬偏坚硬覆岩综放一次采全厚导水裂缝带的发育高度。结合潞安五阳煤矿分层综采裂缝带高度观测资料,分析表明中硬偏坚硬覆岩高强度综采条件下(分层综采和综采放顶煤)覆岩裂缝带高度与M/n成正比更符合现场实际情况,裂高采厚比达到20.2倍,所得经验公式可以用于类似条件下开采覆岩破坏高度预计,获得的裂高可以作为潞安矿区水体下采煤留设保护煤柱及保水采煤方案制定的参考依据。
In order to study the crack zone development law of the hard overburden strata under the high intensive fully mechanized coal mining conditions, according to the mining and geological conditions of No. 6206 coal mining face in Wangzhuang Mine of Lu'an Mining Area, the site measurement, numerical simulation, similar material simulation and other means were applied to comprehensively study and determine the development height of the water conducted crack zone in the hard overburden strata above the fully mechanized top coal caving full seam mining face. In the combination with the height observation information of the crack zone above the fully mechanized slice mining in Lu^an Wuyang Mine, the analysis showed that under the conditions of the high intensive fully mechanized coal mining with above hard overburden strata, the crack zone height of the overburden strata was in direct proportion to M/√n and could fully meet the site actual condition. The crack height and mining thickness ratio would be reached at 20. 2 times and the experience formula obtained could be applied to predict the failure height of the overburden strata under the similar mining conditions. The crack height obtained could be applied to the reference bases to prepare the protective coal pillars and water keeping mining plan under the water bodies in Luhn Mining Area.
