Discovery on floatation column series technique effect to improve coarse slime floatation

分析了浮选柱处理粗颗粒煤泥的现状,构建了浮选柱串联试验系统,通过单段浮选柱和双段串联浮选柱工艺实验对比,证明了浮选柱串联可有效改善粗颗粒煤泥的分选效果,提高浮选精煤回收率和浮选完善指标,为将来浮选柱串联系统的工业实践奠定了基础。

The paper analyzed the present status of the floatation column to treat the coarse slime and a floatation column series test system was established. With the test comparison between the single section floatation column and double section series floatation column techniques, the results showed that the floatation series could be effectively to improve the separation effect of the coarse slime, to increase the cleaned coal recovery rate of the floatation, improve the floatation index and provide the foundation of the future industrial practices of the floatation series system.
