摘要 设计了一个毫米波脉冲雷达信号模拟器。该模拟器通过模拟各种实际环境中不同重频、不同占空比、不同参数特性的雷达回波信号,检测机载电子对抗系统对雷达目标的侦测和告警能力。该模拟器发射功率大于5 W,脉冲宽度100 ns,重复频率200 Hz~400 kHz,杂波抑制优于60 dBc,功耗小于5 W,体积160 mm×150 mm×85 mm。和现有的雷达信号模拟器相比,它具有功能可扩展能力强、体积小、功耗低、重量轻、工作寿命长等优点。 A pulse-modulated millimeter wave radar signal simulator is presented in this paper. Detecting and warning capacity of airborne electronic warfare equipment are tested by simulating radar echo signal with various repetition frequencies, duty cycles and parameter characteristics. Measured results of the proposed simulator show that a transmitting power is more than 5 W, and a clutter suppression is more than 60 dBc in a volume of 160 mm × 150 mm ×85mm, and the pulse width is 100 ns and repetition frequency is from 200 Hz to 400 kHz. The simulator presents advantages of high scalability, small size, low power consumption and light weight over other modern radar signal simulators.
