摘要
管道内瓦斯爆炸的研究对煤矿工业的安全生产具有重要意义。建立基于总能量方程的RNGκ-ε湍流流场模型和基于多种控制机理的分步反应爆炸燃烧模型,以有限体积法求解爆炸流动及反应控制方程,对不同点火能量条件下的瓦斯爆炸传播过程进行数值模拟研究,对爆炸参数研究得:点火能量越大,瓦斯爆炸压力峰值和火焰传播速度越大的传播规律。同时,分析了瓦斯爆炸压力波、爆炸火焰和湍流三者之间的正反馈机制是推动瓦斯爆炸发展过程的重要因素。所得结论为有效预防瓦斯爆炸事故提供了理论依据。
The research of gas explosion dissemination in pipeline is important to safety in coal industry.The total energy equation is established based on the RNG κ-εturbulent flow model and a variety of control mechanisms based on the distribution of reaction gas explosion combustion model,in which finite volume method is applied to get explosion flow and reaction control equation,numerical simulation under different ignition energy is analysised to propagation process of gas explosion.Based on analysis,the result of numerical simulation that the peak pressure and flame spread velocity of gas explosion is greater to the greater the ingnition energy.Meanwhile,Analysis the positive feedback mechanisms of the gas explosion of pressure wave,blast flame and turbulence is to promote the development of gas explosion in an important factor.These regularities provide the theoretical basis for preventing gas explosion efficiently.
