摘要
目的： 探讨猪红细胞膜糖肽抗肿瘤转移的作用机制。方法： 利用猪红细胞膜糖肽影响血清诱导的小鼠黑色素瘤Ｂ１６细胞凝集及其实验性转移。结果： 糖肽抑制血清诱导的Ｂ１６ 细胞凝集及其实验性肺转移。结论：猪红细胞膜糖肽可能通过抑制血清介导的肿瘤细胞凝集。
Objective: This study was to probe into the antimetastasis mechanism of pig red cell membrane glycopeptides (PRCMG).Methods: The effects of PRCMG were quantitied on experimental lung metastasis and the aggregation of B 16 murine melanoma cells induced by murine sera.Results: The experimental metastasis and cell aggregation were inhibited by PRCMG.Conclution: PRCMG maybe inhibite tumor metastasis by inhibiting tumor cell aggregation induced by sera in blood metastasis.
