CD_(44V6)在鼻咽鳞癌中的表达及其临床意义

Expression of CD 44V6 in nasopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma and its clinicopathological value

目的： 探讨转移特异性ＣＤ４４ 变体ＣＤ４４Ｖ６ 在鼻咽鳞癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法： 利用免疫组化ＳＰ方法检测５６ 例鼻咽鳞癌石蜡标本中ＣＤ４４Ｖ６的表达，并对其阳性表达与临床因素之间的关系进行探讨。结果：５６例鼻咽鳞癌中ＣＤ４４Ｖ６ 总阳性表达率为６２５ ％ 。Ⅰ－ Ⅱ期与Ⅲ－ Ⅳ期鼻咽鳞癌之间，高中分化与低分化鳞癌之间ＣＤ４４Ｖ６阳性表达率均无明显差别（ Ｐ＞ ００５） ；ＣＤ４４Ｖ６阳性率在有颈淋巴结转移组和无颈淋巴结转移组之间也无明显差别。远处转移组ＣＤ４４Ｖ６ 阳性率明显高于非远处转移组（ Ｐ＜ ００５） ；放疗后生存５ 年以上组ＣＤ４４Ｖ６ 阳性率明显低于生存５ 年以下组（ Ｐ＜ ００５） 。结论： ＣＤ４４Ｖ６ 的阳性表达与鼻咽鳞癌病人的远处转移及预后不良有关。

Objective: Our objective is to determine the expression of CD 44V6 in human nasopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma(NPSCC) and its clinical value.Methods: The specimens of 56 NPSCC was studied by immunohistochemical staining with monoclonal antibodies against CD 44V6 .Correlatons between the expression of CD 44V6 and various clinical factor were studied.Results: There were 35 cases positive in 56 NPSCC in immuno-staining of CD 44V6 .Expression of CD 44V6 positive rates was significantly higher in patients with distant metastasis (16/19) than those without distant metastasis (19/37)( P <0 05).Moreover, patient with CD 44V6 positive tumor had a significantly poorer prognosis than those with CD 44V6 negative tumore. It was not correlated with histologicgrade, TNM Stage and cervicalis lymphnode metastasis in patients with NPSCC.Conclusion: It is suggested that the expression of CD 44V6 may be useful as a predictor of the distant metastasis in patient after thermy with NPSCC and may be used as useful marker for the assessment of the prognosis of NPSCC.
