p21、p185、p53蛋白表达对卵巢交界性浆液性肿瘤的鉴别诊断价值

The differential diagnosis value of expression of p21,p185 and p53 proteins in ovarian borderline serous tumor

目的： 探讨ｒａｓ、ｃｅｒｂＢ２、ｐ５３ 基因产物ｐ２１ 、ｐ１８５ 、ｐ５３ 蛋白表达对卵巢浆液性肿瘤中良性瘤、交界性瘤和癌的鉴别诊断价值。方法： 采用ＬＳＡＢ免疫组化法。结果：３ 种蛋白在良性瘤、交界性瘤和癌中的单一表达均呈递增趋势，差异显著；联合表达，２ 种以上蛋白同时阳性率后两组高于良性瘤组，差异显著，Ｐ＜ ０００５ ；３ 种蛋白同时阳性率癌组高于前两组，差异显著，Ｐ＜ ００５ 。结论：３ 种蛋白的表达可以作为卵巢浆液性肿瘤中良性瘤、交界性瘤和癌的鉴别诊断的客观指标。

Objective: To explore the differential diagnosis value of expression of p21,p185,p53 proteins in ovarian serous tumors.Methods: Using LSAB immunohistochemical technique Results: Positive expression percent of the three proteins increased in benign,borderline and malignant tumors,the difference was significant, P <0 05.The combined expression percent increased in three tumors.For more than two proteins positive in a patient,the behind two tumors were higher than the benign tumor;For three proteins positive in a patient,the malignant tumor was higher than the others.Conclusion: the expression of these three proteins is an object parameter in differential diagnosis of ovarian borderline tumors.
