通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心衰

Clinical study of TongXinLuo capsule in the treatment of heart failure in coronary heart disease

目的评价通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心衰的临床疗效。方法治疗组３０例冠心病心衰患者用通心络胶囊治疗，对照组２６例用具有相似功效的滴丸治疗。结果治疗组和对照组临床总有效率分别为５６．６７％和４２．３０％。通心络胶囊在缓解心衰症状，改善心肌缺血，提高射血分数等方面均优于对照组，治疗期间未发现严重不良反应。结论通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心衰有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of Tong Xin Luo capsule in the treatment of heart failure in coronary heart disease.Method:56 patients were studied.Cases were randomly divided into two groups.Treated group(30 cases)accepted Tong Xin Luo capsule,control group(26 cases)was administed pill Result:The totol effective rate was 56.67% in treated group and was 42.3% in control group.Tong Xin Luo capsule can release the symptoms of heart failure improve ischemia and enhance ejection figure.These efects in treated group were better than in control group.No obvious ADRs were observed in both groups Conclusion:Tong Xin Luo capsule is valuable in clinical treatment of heart failure in coronary heart disease.
