在剖析公共服务管理平台和教育知识服务本质的基础上,以大学生教育信息需求为研究对象,调查、统计和分析了当前大学生的教育需求,确定了公共服务平台高等教育类知识服务的内容,包括英语知识、计算机知识、考试信息与知识、网络课程、专业实习信息与知识、就业与创业知识和心理知识七大方面,并对每部分知识的详细内容进行了解析。

Based on the analysis of the essence of the public service management platform and educational and knowledge service,and taking the university student demand for educational information as the object of study,this paper makes a statistical investigation and analysis of the current university student demand for education,and determines the content of knowledge service for higher education for the public service platform,including English knowledge,computer knowledge,examination information and knowledge,Web-based courses,professional practice information and knowledge,job and venture knowledge,and psychological knowledge.The paper also makes an analysis of the details of knowledge in each field.
