数字化时代不仅给情报服务带来了挑战,更是创造了机遇。本文阐述了网络环境下行业科技情报服务网建设的必要性和重要性,深入研究了行业科技情报服务网的建设思路、目标、架构及其组织管理、运行机制、运行模式与服务模式等,并提出了行业科技情报服务网的建设策略。
Digital age not only brings challenges to information service,but also creates opportunities.This paper expatiates on the necessity and importance of constructing the industrial scientific and technical information service network in the network environment,and makes an in-depth study of the ideas,aim,network structure and its organization and management,operating mechanism,operating mode and service mode in the construction of the industrial scientific and technical information service network.The paper also proposes some strategies for the construction of the network.
