摘要
[目的] 探讨振动性神经病的神经功能改变及其评价指标。[方法] 以家兔为实验对象,测定振动负荷前后坐骨神经传导速度的变化并与非接振家兔相对照;以砂轮磨光工(包括振动性白指患者)为对象,进行现场调查、健康检查,测定其短潜伏时体感诱发电位,正中神经的感觉和运动神经传导速度,并与对照工人比较。 [结果]发现在振动影响下,体感诱发电位、神经传导速度均有一定的改变。 [结论]振动性神经损伤可早于振动性白指的出现;初步提出了振动性神经病的判断指标。
Objective]To explore the changes of nerve function in the vibration induced neuropathy and its diagnostic indicators. [Methods] The rabbit hind legs were exposed to vibration,the nerve conduction velocity(NCV)of sciatic nerve in the experimental rabbits were measured before and after vibration loadings and compared with control group.The short latency somatosensory evoked potentials(SSEPs) and NCV of median nerve in workers exposed to hand arm vibration(including patients with vibration induced white finger,VWF)were investigated and compared with healthy workers. [Results] It was shown that the SSEPs,NCV were changed by vibration laoding. [Conclusion] The findings of vibration induced neuropathy might be earlier than that of VWF,and the diagnostic criteria of vibration induced neuropathy were suggested tentatively.
