摘要
提出了基于OPC中间件技术的设计框架,系统分成OPC DA层、中间件服务层、Web服务层及Web客户表示层;采用用户数据包协议(UDP)通信方式在各层间传递SOAP数据包。研究并比较了OPC DA协议和OPC XML-DA协议的优缺点,分析了中间件服务层和Web服务层的具体功能并给出了实现方法。在安全性方面,论述了XML数据校验和IP地址筛选等方法。通过对系统测试数据的分析得出设计出的系统能够满足实际监控需要。
The framework of network control system is designed based on OPC middleware technology, including OPC DA layer,middleware server layer,Web server layer and Web client layer. SOAP datagram is transferred among different layers with UDP(User Datagram Protocol). OPC DA protocol and OPC XML -DA protocol are studied and compared. The functions of middleware server and Web server are analyzed and their implementation methods are given. XML data verification and IP address filtering are introduced to ensure the data security. The analysis of test data shows that the designed system satisfies the actual demands of supervisory control.
