摘要
采用生物活性炭工艺处理低浓度废水,从炭层高度、水力负荷和溶解氧浓度三个方面研究了最佳运行工艺条件。试验结果表明:在温度为17~29℃时,控制炭层高度为500mm、水力负荷为0.33m3·(m2·h)-1、进水DO浓度为5mg·L-1时,BAC对COD、色度和NH4-N的去除率分别达到了68%、71%和73%。并且,根据反应器的运行情况确定了反冲洗方式、反冲洗时间和反冲洗强度。另外,温度和pH也是影响BAC运行的重要条件。
The craft of biological activated carbon was used to treat low concentration wastewater. The optimum operating condition was studied from the coal bed altitude, hydraulic loading and dissolved oxygen concentration. The results showed that under the operation conditions of that the temperature is between 16℃ and 29X2, the coal bed altitude is 500mm, the hydraulic loading is 0.33m^3·(m^2·h)^-1 and the influent DO is 5mg·L^-1, the removal rate of COD, chromaticity and NH4-N has respectively achieved to 68%, 71% and 73%. Moreover, the backwashing method, backwashing time and backwashing intensity were determined according to the actual operation condition. In addition, the temperature and pH are also the important factors for the process of BAC.
