摘要
分析造纸污泥的基础性质,包括含水率、有机物含量、pH值、干污泥中纤维含量、干污泥中灰分含量、干湿污泥中细菌、干污泥中碳、氢、硫、氮含量。结果显示,污泥含水率高,有机物含量大,其中大多是纤维,为中性。污泥中有大量细菌等微生物,蛋白质含量与市政污泥相当。进一步分析了其资源化研究的主要方向,有混合燃烧、制造金属氧化物脱硝催化剂及填料、土壤改良、农业利用等,为造纸污泥的资源化利用提供研究基础。
Basic properties of paper mill sludge were analyzed, including water content, organic material content, pH value, fiber content, ash content in dried sludge, bacteria content in wet and dried sludge, and C, H, S, N content in dried sludge. The results showed that water content was high, organic material content mostly in form of fiber was high, pH value was in a neutral level, lots of bacteria in wet and dried sludge, and the protein content was the equivalent of sewage sludge's. Its main utilization concerns blending combustion, catalyst for denitrification using sludge and metal oxide and filler making, soil improvement, and agricultural utilization and so on.This paper may provide a good basic for study on the utilization of paper-making sludge.
