摘要 一、公共租赁房运营管理主体的选择分析 2010年4月17日《国务院关于坚决遏制部分城市房价过快上涨的通知》(国发[2010]10号)提出:房价过高、上涨过快的地区,要大幅度增加公共租赁住房、经济适用住房和限价商品住房供应。
