糖肾康颗粒剂中黄芪甲甙和人参皂甙Rg_1的含量测定

Determination of Astragaloside IV and Ginsenoside Rg 1 in Tangshenkang Granule

用薄层扫描法测定糖肾康颗粒剂中黄芪甲甙和人参皂甙Ｒｇ１的含量。结果表明黄芪甲甙和人参皂甙Ｒｇ１的线性范围分别为１．３４μｇ～６．７０μｇ和１．４３μｇ～７．１５μｇ，糖肾康颗粒剂中黄芪甲甙和人参皂甙Ｒｇ１的回收率分别为９７．７４％和９５．７７％。用此方法测定了３批样品中黄芪甲甙和人参皂甙Ｒｇ１的含量。

The contents of astragaloside IV and ginsenoside Rg 1 in Tangshenkang granule were determined with TLCS.The results showed that the linear range was 1 34μg～6 70μg for astragaloside IV and 1.43μg～7.15μg for ginsenoside Rg 1,respectively.This method was used to determine astragaloside IV and ginseoside Rg 1 in Tangshenkang granule with recovery of 97.74% and 95.77%,respectively.The contents of astragaloside IV and ginsenoside Rg 1 of three batches of samples were determined with this method.
