人的尊严是一个关系性概念,是人在一定关系中被尊严地对待,而对人的尊严的实现最具体制性、根本性意义的关系是人与国家的关系。国家在面对个体尊严时要从行动、制度、过程三个维度保证人的尊严的实现。

As a concept of relationship,human dignity means man is treated with dignity in a certain relationship while the relationship that is institutional and has an essential significance in the realization of human dignity is the relationship between man and nation.While dealing with individual dignity,the nation should guarantee the realization of human dignity through action,system and process.
