摘要
炮口初速是电磁线圈炮研究中不可忽略的重要参量,然而受电磁驱动器发射时的复杂电磁环境制约,传统的测量设备已不能满足实验要求;鉴于此,提出了一种基于高灵敏度对射式激光传感器、STC89C52RC单片机、光纤传导的测速系统,并且在系统的软硬件设计中,采用合理便捷的方法,对几个潜在的误差源进行了规避,有效降低了复杂电磁环境对仪器的影响,取得了良好的测量精度,节约了成本;同时针对试验研究多次多样测量的特点,对系统的距离输入部分进行了独到设计,最后基本达到了试验要求;经验证,该系统具有精度高、调试简单、操作灵活及成本低等优点。
In the research of electromagnetic coil gun , it is necessary and very important to measure muzzle initial velocity. However, for the restraint of the complex electromagnetic environment, the conventional measuring method can not meet the challenge of experimentation. Hereby, a correlation laser velocimetry which is designed, based on correlation laser sensor with high degree of accuracy, microcontrolor controlling and fibre transmit. In the software and hardware design of the velocimetry, some potential inaccuracy is averted by appropriate method. Not only the disturbance of complex electromagnetic environment is efficiently deadened, but also a favorable system measurement precision is made, and the system cost is declined. At the time , in response to the characteristic of experiment which needs diversity measure, a distinct design is applied to the part of distance input , and achieves the demand of the experiment. As a result , the correlation laser velocimetry has advantages of high precision, convenience in adjustment, dirigibility application and low cost.
