基于μPD78F1166单片机的水密舱工况监测系统

摘要 水下装备正常工作需要一个稳定的内部环境水密舱,其渗漏工况是水下装备可靠工作的安全保障;综合分析了NECμPD78F1166单片机的内部功能结构、系统资源和性能参数,并以该单片机为检测、处理、控制核心,配以适当的外围电路,设计并实现了一款水密舱渗漏及工况监测系统;分析了单片机监控软件主程序、异常处理程序、工作模式设定与自校程序流程,给出了详细的系统功能及性能测试数据;测试结果表明,本监测系统功耗低(电源电流≤1.65 mA),功能齐全,性价比高。 The underwater tools need a steady inside condition named as water tightcompartment whose leakage and working condition provide the most important security for underwater--tools working well. This paper aggregate analysis inter function framework, system resource and performance parameter of the NEC μPD78F1166 single--chip. Take this single--chip as center, equipped with suitable circuit to make up one kind of working condition monitoring system for watertight compartment. Giving the main software program flow, singularity process program flow, working mode set program flow and seli'--check program flow. Also show the function and performance testing data. The results showed that: The Monitoring System not only has a good performance and detection reliability, but also cost less and have low input current ( less than 2mA).
