摘要
为了提高闪光焊机液压伺服系统故障诊断的准确性、实时性,在对液压伺服故障机理分析的基础上,运用计算机技术、数字信号处理技术、模糊故障诊断理论,设计出焊机液压故障诊断系统。对液压伺服系统模糊故障诊断算法进行了研究,并将其应用到焊机液压故障诊断系统。实际故障诊断结果表明,故障诊断系统能准确判断出液压伺服系统的故障部位、故障类型、故障严重程度,这为现场排除故障提供了依据,缩短了故障诊断时间,具有实际工程应用价值。
To improve the accuracy and instantaneity of the fault diagnosis of the flash welding machine hydraulic servo system,the fault diagnosis system is designed,based on the analysis of the failure mechanism and applying the computer technology,the digital signal processing technology and the fuzzy fault diagnosis theory.The fuzzy fault diagnosis algorithm of the hydraulic servo system is researched,and applied it into the fault diagnosis of the flash welding machine hydraulic servo system.The actual fault diagnosis results show that the fault diagnosis system can diagnose the position,the type and the size of the faults,providing the bases for fault-shooting for the working site,shortening the fault-shooting time.So it has practical project values.
