300例癫痫及可疑癫痫患者AEEG分析

An analysis of ambulatory EEG in 300 patients with definite and suspected epilepsy

的 :对 30 0例癫痫及可疑癫痫患者的动态脑电图 ( AEEG)的应用价值进行了初步探讨。方法 :使用北京明思公司 SW-JH系列智能化脑电监护仪描记 ,并与常规脑电图 ( EEG)比较。结果 :30 0例中 EEG异常 5 4例( 1 8.0 0 % ) ,AEEG异常 1 78例 ( 5 9.33% ) AEEG痫样放电检出率明显高于 EEG。 1 4例继发性癫痫患者中 ,EEG异常 8例 ( 5 7.1 4% ) ,AEEG异常 1 0例 ( 71 .4 1 % ) ,二者无显著性差异 ,( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :AEEG在痫样的放电检出上明显优于 EEG,但有时 AEEG也捕获不到间歇期的痫样波 ;在继发性癫痫中 ,AEEG在痫样波的检出上无明显优势 ,但 AEEG可以记录到癫痫发作起始时的波形变化 ,对确定癫痫类型有重要意义。

Objectives:To evaluate preliminarily on clinical applications of ambulatory EEG(AEEG)in 300 patients with definite and suspected epilepsy.Methods:AEEG were recorded with SW JH EEG monitor and compared with routine EEG.Results:Of 300 cases examined with EEG,54 cases(18.00%)showed abnormal; with AEEG,178(59.33%) showed abnormal. The detection rate of epileptiform discharge in AEEG was significantly higher than that in routine EEG.In 14 patients of secondary epilepsy examined with EEG there were 8 cases(57.15%) showing abnormal;with AEEG,10(71.41%) abnormal in which there was no significant difference between two groups(p>0.05).Conelusions:AEEG was more superior to routine EEG in detecting the epileptic discharge.
