摘要
采用5种不同配比油菜花粉与黄豆粉饲料饲喂意大利蜜蜂,就不同蛋白质饲料对意大利蜜蜂工蜂6日龄幼虫血淋巴中Fe、Ze、Cu、Mn和Se等5种微量矿物质含量的影响进行研究。试验结果显示:(1)饲喂2号饲料(油菜花粉75%,黄豆粉25%)培育的6日龄工蜂幼虫血淋巴中5种微量矿物质的含量与饲喂1号饲料(100%油菜花粉)的差异均不显著(P>0.05);(2)饲喂3号饲料(油菜花粉50%,黄豆粉50%)、4号饲料(油菜花粉25%,黄豆粉75%)和5号饲料(黄豆粉100%)培育的6日龄工蜂幼虫血淋巴中5种微量矿物质的含量与饲喂1、2号饲料的有不同程度的差异,并且随饲料中黄豆粉的增加总体含量呈现下降的趋势。
Different ratios of rape pollen and soybean powder were fed to Italian honeybee colonies,Then, the hemolymph of six-day-old larva was tested for Fe,Ze,Cu,Mn and Se content.The results showed,(1)There was no difference of five mineral elements of larvae fed between Mixture 1 (100% rape pollen) and Mixture 2 (75% rape pollen and 25% soybean powder)(P〉0.05).(2)The five mineral element contents were significant different between larvae fed with Mixture3, 4, 5 and Mixture l, or 2.furthermore,as the increment of soybean proportion in the mixture, the mineral content decreased.
