Days ago, Mr. Gao Wei （CAS） told me about the establishment of the China Standardization Press and passed your invitation on to me. I was superbly excited and really wanted to attend the meeting to extend my congratulation. Unexpectedly, due to days of snow storm in Shenyang, I couldn＇t go out with snow and ice everywhere.
