重组人生长激素对慢性阻塞性肺疾病营养不良患者并发气胸的治疗研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探索重组人生长激素治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)营养不良患者并发气胸的临床应用价值.方法 选取COPD营养不良患者并发气胸需行胸腔闭式引流术治疗的患者58例,随机分为对照组28例,治疗组30例.两组患者均予胸腔闭式引流术、氧疗、抗感染及营养支持等常规治疗,治疗组每晚临睡前皮下注射重组人生长激素0.1 IU/kg,连续2周.比较两组患者营养状况、免疫功能、血气分析、胸腔闭式引流时间及住院时间.结果 治疗组患者的营养状况、免疫功能及血气分析较对照组有明显改善;胸腔闭式引流时间及住院时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 重组人生长激素能促进蛋白合成、提高免疫功能,促进肺泡破裂口的愈合,缩短了肺复张时间及疗程. Objective To investigate the clinical value of recombination growth hormone to pneumothorax in malnutrition patients of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Fifty-eight patients were randomly assigned to therapy group ( n =28)and control group( n = 30) ,two groups were conventional therapied with closed thoracic drainage, oxygen therapy, anti-infection and nutritional support. The therapy group was injected recombination growth hormone (rhGH) 0. 1 IU/Kg in every evening for two weeks. Comparison of two groups of patients with nutritional status, immune function,blood gas analysis, thoracic drainage time and hospital stay. Results In therapy group, the nutritional status,immune function and blood gas analysis were significantly improve than the control group. The thoracic close drainage days and treatment day in rhGH group were less than those of control group ( P 〈0. 05). Conclusions rhGH can promote protein synthesis,immune function,the healing of alveolar rupture has also been strengthened,thereby reducing the time of lung reexpansion.
