摘要 心肺运动试验是在不同运动负荷下对人体的心肺功能进行测定和综合评估,已成为一项重要的临床检测手段.本文介绍了心肺运动试验的常用指标,并重点探讨了其在慢性阻塞性肺疾病方面的应用. Cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET) is performed to measure and synthetically assess the cardiopulmonary function of subjects during exercise which has become an important clinical tool. This review focuses on the common indexes and clinical applications of CPET in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
