摘要 口腔环境复杂多变,生活在其中的细菌需随时应对其突然的变化,以确保自身的生存和正常生理活动,这也是致龋菌发挥致龋毒力的前提。本文就变异链球菌在抵御口腔环境压力时,分解代谢途径的改变、细胞膜的改建以及质子移位膜腺苷三磷酸酶、尿素酶和苹果酸发酵、基因调节、蛋白质改变等研究进展作一综述。 Oral cavity is a complex and ever-changing environment.Living in oral cavity have to deal with sudden changes at any time in the environment to ensure its survival and normal physical activities.This is also the prerequisite of cariogenic bacterials when they play cariogenic virulence.Here is a review about research progress on how Streptococcus mutans withstand pressures in the oral environment,including changes in catabolic pathways,membrane remodeling and membrane proton translocating adenosine triphosphatase,urease and malate fermentation,gene regulation,and changes in protein.
