摘要
正畸治疗的疗效确切,但同时也会对患者产生一些不良的影响。其中,正畸治疗对牙周组织的影响一直是困扰临床医生的问题之一。正畸加力、正畸附件和正畸治疗过程中口腔卫生的维护等都是影响患者牙周状况的重要因素。本文将从错畸形与牙周病之间的关系,正畸治疗与牙周病之间的关系,以及正畸治疗对牙龈增生、牙龈退缩和附着丧失等方面的影响作一综述,以期进一步了解正畸治疗对牙周组织的影响,探讨有效的防治措施,更好地为正畸临床工作提供参考。
Although orthodontic treatment brings some harmful effects,the therapeutic effect is affirmative.The adverse effect of orthodontic treatment on periodontal tissues is one of the problems which often baffles clinicians.Many factors can influence periodontal conditions,such as orthodontic force,orthodontic attachments and oral hygiene.This article is to review the total reference of malocclusion and orthodontic treatment with periodontal disease,and the effects of orthodontic treatment on gingival hyperplasia,gingival recession,loss of adhesion,root resorption and to contribute to clinical work.
