摘要
目的 测定腔隙性脑梗塞颅内血管血流动力学的参数。方法 采用经颅多普勒超声(TCD) 对500 例经CT 或MRI确诊为腔隙性脑梗塞患者的颅内各主要动脉进行检测。结果 500 例腔隙性脑梗塞TCD 表现:血速缓慢供血不足329 例(66 % ) ,血速异常增高96 例(19 % ) ,血速正常75 例(15 % ) 。结论 双侧多发腔隙性脑梗塞以双侧血速峰值对称性下降为主(66 % ) ,P< 005 ;单发腔隙性脑梗塞由于侧支循环的建立,血速峰值多正常( P>005) ;腔隙性脑梗塞引起血速异常增高的病因多为高血压。TCD 可做为腔隙性脑梗塞患者必要的检测手段之一。
Objective To observe parameters of chinky cerebral infarction on flow dynamics of intracranial blood vessels.Methods Cranial arteries’ flow parameters in 500 patients with chinky cerebral infarction defined diagnosed by CT or MRI were examined by Transcranial Doppler(TCD).Results In 500 patients with chinky cerebrial infarcton,flow velocity decreased in 329 cases (66%),unusually increased in 96 cases (19%) and still maintained normal in 75 cases (15%).Conclusion The peak flow velocity of intracranial arteries in patients with multiple cerebral infarction decreased symmetrically,that in patients with single cerebral infarction maintained normal because of construction of branch circulation.The peak flow velocity increased mainly in hypertension patients with chinky cerebral infarction.The results indicte that Transcranial Doppler will be one of necessary detective way to chinky cetebral infarction.
