摘要 目的:对不同产地的马尾松针挥发油成分进行分析比较,探讨不同产地样品的成分组成及含量差异。方法:采集全国5个省份的马尾松针,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,利用气相色谱一质谱(GC/MS)联用技术,分别对5种松针挥发油的化学成分进行分析。结果:从五地的马尾松松针挥发油中分离鉴定出多种化学成分,其中石竹烯,(Z,Z,Z)-1,5,9,9四-甲基-1,4,7环-十一碳三烯,(+)-表双环倍半水芹烯等7种总含量超过挥发油20%的成分为共有组分。结论:不同产地马尾松针挥发油的主要化学成分较为相似,主要是单萜和倍半萜,但在含量上有较大的差别。 Objective: The volatile constituents of pine needles from pinus massoniana lamb planted in different area were analyzed to research the constituents difference among the samples from different area.Methods: Pine needles from pinus massoniana lamb were gathered from 5 province,and the oil were extracted through steam distillation.Volatile oil were analyzed by gas—chromatography—mass spectrometry.Results: There were various compositions identified from every oil sample,and 7 oil compositions including Caryophyllene、(Z,Z,Z)-1,5,9,9-tetramethyl-1,4,7-cycloundecatriene、(+)-Epi-bicyclosesquiphellandrene and so on were contained in total 5 samples.Conclusion:The results reveal that the essential oil compositions of pine needles from pinus massoniana lamb planted in different area were similar but the contents of some compounds different greatly.
