脊髓髓内血管畸形的血管造影表现

The Nature of Intramedullary Arteriovenous Malformations of Spine in Spinal Angiography

目的 评价脊髓髓内血管畸形在血管造影上的表现。方法 对７ 例脊髓髓内血管畸形病人做了选择性脊髓血管造影检查。结果 ２ 例病变位于颈段脊髓内，５ 例在胸段脊髓内。５ 例畸形血管由脊髓前动脉供血，２ 例由脊髓后动脉供血。畸形血管位于脊髓内，呈团状，可见早期静脉引流。结论 脊髓髓内血管畸形在血管造影上有特征性表现，选择性脊髓血管造影检查可清晰显示畸形血管及供血动脉和引流静脉。

Purpose To evaluate the nature of intramedullary arteriovenous malformation of Spine in the spinal angiography. Methods 7 patients with intramedullary AVM of spine were examined by selective spinal angiography.Results Among the 7 patients,2 patients the lesions were in the cervical and 5 patients lesions were in thoracic. 5 on anterior spinal artery and 2 on posterior spinal artery. The AVM were intramedullary forming a nidus and have early venous drainning.Conclusion The intramedullary AVM of spine have significant manifestation in spinal angiography.The spinal angiography can show the location, feeding artery and drainning vein of AVM of spine.
