现存《永乐大典》所载妇科临证方药研究

《永乐大典》是一部专供皇帝御览的书籍,其中所录之书均据明初文渊阁所藏宋、金、元珍本,或访求民间珍稀善本缮写而成,对原著绝少改动,保存了古书的原貌。以现存《永乐大典》中妇科文献资料为研究对象,从剂型、单方、类用方药、癥瘕积聚方、有毒药物等5个方面,详细介绍了现存《永乐大典》中所载妇科临证方药的特点及临证运用。认为随着临床妇科疾病的越来越多元化,病情的越来越复杂化,治疗方法也应更宽泛和细化一些,这样对妇科临床的发展才能更加有益。

Yong le Canon is a book which is read exclusively by the emperor,so all of the recorded books from many precious books collected in Wen Yuan Ge of early Ming Dynasty.These precious books are from Song Jin and Yuan Dynasty or from civil rare,preserve the original appearance of the ancient books almost no change.With the existing yongle of gynecological literature material as the research object,the article details gynecology clinical diagnose characteristics and clinical application from five aspects about dosage form,single herb,similar drugs,remove lump,and toxic drugs accumulated.The author thinks that increasingly diversified clinical gynecological diseases,the treatment should also larger and refinement,so some of the development can be much more beneficial.
