进展期白癜风中医诊疗方案的验证

目的:观察3种复方中药治疗进展期白癜风的疗效,并总结出进展期白癜风中医证型及转变规律,同时观察优选方治疗进展期白癜风的疗效。方法:对55例进展期白癜风患者临床中医辨证后选方,用药后观察皮损面积及病情进展情况,每月随访1次,3个月后观察疗效。结果:进展期白癜风以风血相搏证及肝肾不足证为主,中药治疗后有89%的患者病情进展得到控制,3组方药治疗进展期白癜风疗效、控制病情进展时间及初发与复发间无显著性差异,但不同西医分型疗效不同,其中肢端型疗效明显优于散发型(P<0.05),不同部位中以面部疗效最佳,其有效率明显优于会阴、颈项、躯干、四肢与肢端(P<0.05),在证型转变中,未发现明显的证侯演变规律,但证侯转变与否,疗效无显著性差异。结论:3种复方中药可有效控制白癜风进展,提高疗效。

Objective： Exploring the three kind of compound prescription traditional Chinese medicine treatment advanced stage of vitiligo’s curative effect,and summarizes postpones vitiligo TCM Syndrome Differentiation.Methods：After the clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of 43 advanced vitiligo patients,medicati on lesions area and the progress of the disease were observed,and to detect serum anti-tyrosinase antibody and anti-thyroid antibody titer changes,follow-up once a month and 3 months after the observed effect.Results：The breeze blood mutually fight type and Insufficient liver and kidney type are the principal card-type in progressing vitiligo,and we selected the best out of three prescriptions.After treatment of clinical medicine,89% of patients progress of the disease under control,but the effect of Western classification of various types are different,including acral-type effect is better than sporadic（P〈0.05）.The face efficiency is the best which is superior to the perineum,neck,trunk,limbs and extremities（P〈0.05）,In the card-type change,we observed no obvious evolution of the law of TCM syndrome,but from syndrome change or not,the effect was no significant difference.Conclusion： Optimization of prescription medicine can effectively control the progress of vitiligo and improve efficacy
