摘要 针对电能质量监测系统的远程主动和协调控制问题,构建出硬件基于ARM+DSP双系统和软件基于多Agent技术的开放、主动的电能质量监测系统。这种模型符合现阶段电网分布式结构特点和电力市场的发展趋势,满足目前电网电能质量监测系统的需求。该系统应用于湖北电网和浙江电网中,检测暂态电能质量指标和稳态电能质量指标,实现对电网实时监测的功能。应用结果准确反映出电网电能质量的状况,通过本系统可以有针对性地改善电网电能质量并且提高经济效益。 In view of long-distance initiative and coordination control question in electrical energy quality monitor system,this paper proposes one kind of opening and initiative electrical energy quality monitor system model based on the ARM+DSP double system and the multi-agent technology. This kind of model conforms to the features of present electrical network distributional structure and the development trend of electric power market,and satisfies the demand of the present electrical network electrical energy quality monitor system. This system has been applied to the Hubei and Zhejiang povince electrical network,which can examine the transition condition electrical energy qualitative index and the stable state electrical energy qualitative index thus can real-time monitor the network. The examination results reflect the electrical network power quality condition. Through this system,we can improve power quality and enhance the economic efficiency.
