心理健康教育对中学生心理健康状况的影响

摘要 目的 探讨团体心理健康教育工作对中学生心理健康状况的影响.方法 采用整群抽样的方式将参加本研究的中学生随机分为2组,干预组28人,给予两个月的团体心理咨询;对照组30人不做任何干预.比较两组干预前后积极应对和消极应对两个分量表、交往焦虑量表(IAS)、容纳他人量表、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分的变化.结果 团体心理咨询前后,干预组积极应对和消极应对两个分量表、IAS、容纳他人量表、SDS评分均有变化,与干预前比较差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05~0.0001);与对照组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05~0.0001).结论 团体心理健康教育可提高中学生的心理健康水平. Objective To explore the effects of psychological health education on mental health status of middle school students. Methods All middle school students were randomly divided into 2 groups by cluster sampling, a interventional group and a control group. 28 students in the intervention group received group psychological consultation for two months, 30 students in the control group received no therapies.Changes of active respond and negative response subscales(ARNRS), communication anxiety scale (IAS),accommodate others scale(AOS), self-rating depression scale(SDS)were compared before and after the intervention in both groups. Results After group counseling, ARNRS, IAS, AOS, SDS in the interventional group was significantly changed compared with both pre-counseling and the control group, with P〈0.05~0.0001 and P〈0.05~0.0001, respectively. Conclusion Community mental health education can enhance middle-school student's psychological health level.
