锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折及肩锁关节脱位

Treatment of Distal Clavicular fracture and Acromioclavicular Dislocation using Clavicular Hook Plate

目的:探讨锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折及肩锁关节脱位的疗效。方法:32例锁骨远端骨折及肩锁关节脱位,均采用手术切开复位、锁骨钩钢板内固定治疗。结果:所有随访病例无再骨折、再脱位发生,内固定无松动断裂,肩关节活动基本正常。肩关节功能参照Lazzcano评价标准:优26例,良6例,无差病例。结论:锁骨钩钢板是锁骨远端骨折及肩锁关节脱位较好的治疗方法。

Objective： To study the effect of the treatment of distal clavicular fracture and acromioclavicular dislocation using clavicular hook plate. Methods： This paper used 32 cases of Clavicular hook plate in treatment of distal clavicle fractures and aeromioclavieular joint dislocation. Results： No fracture and dislocation happened after operation, and there was no ease of loosening of the plates and screws in all followed--up patients. The shoulder joint function was satisfactory. According to Lazzcano standard to evaluate the shoulder joint function, there were excellent in 26 patients, good in 6 patients and no poor in patients. Conclusion： Clavicular hook plate in treatment of distal clavicle fractures and acromioclavicular joint dislocation is satisfactory curative effect.
