摘要
目的:讨论目前腹股沟的外科治疗进展。方法:本文通过分析腹股沟的解剖及腹股沟的分型和对当前外科治疗手段的优点和缺点进行了详细的分析。结果和结论:在熟悉局部解剖的基础上,采用无张力疝修补是当前比较普遍的复发率低,并发症少的方法。腹腔镜手术方法因具有创伤小、病人恢复快的特点,目前也多采用。
Objective ： To discuss the improvement of inguinofemoral hernia recently. Methods： All typed of inguinofemoral hernia and the opera--tire methods were analyzed from all respects. Results： The anatomy of inguinofemoral area should be clearly awareness and the hernia repair must be performed without tension. Condlnsion： The abdominoscope mightbe a good invasive method for repair of hernia with less complication than that in claaical methods.
