缺血修饰白蛋白的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,缺血性心脏病发生率日益增多,多种心肌损伤标志物应用于临床,以协助医生诊断急性缺血性心脏病。但这些标志物只有在心肌坏死后血中浓度才升高,不能在缺血早期进行正确诊断。Morrow等指出,反映心肌缺血的理想标志物应具备以下特性:
