住院老年人对餐后低血压认知及健康教育方式调查分析 被引量:1

摘要 餐后低血压(postprandial hypotension,PPH)是指进餐后收缩压(SBP)和(或)舒张压(DBP)较餐前降低≥20mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)LU。PPH在老年人群中发病率较高,可引起因缺血而发生头晕、跌倒甚至骨折、缺血性心脑血管疾病等严重危害老年人健康的事件发生。如何更全面、更有针对性的对老年患者进行健康宣教、提高患者对餐后低血压的认知,减少严重危害老年人健康的事件,在对保持老年人健康中尤为重要。针对2009年10月至2010年2月在301医院老年病房住院的105例老年患者,分别进行了餐后低血压认知调查,报道如下。
