国家战略视角下新兴增长区域空间发展研究——以江苏沿海地区为例

Exploration of new Growth Region Spatial Development within the National Strategy Jiangsu Coastal Region Example

多个地区区域发展规划的出台表明,新一轮国家空间战略的重点是规划引领新兴增长区域的发展,培育新的增长着力点。以江苏沿海地区为例,提出新兴增长区域在国家空间格局调整中逐步从边缘区转变为成长区,并成为国家和省域经济增长的重要支撑空间;城镇空间发展思路突出资源环境约束下的新型工业化、集中城镇化、生态化的发展策略,以城镇带、都市区发展作为城镇空间发展的主体形态,促进新兴增长区域融入国家生产力布局的主骨架。

Many regions have created new development plans according to the new national spatial development strategy.The goal of the plan for the coastal region of Jiangsu province is to transform the region from peripheral uses into developmental zones that will support both national and provincial economic growth.The urban spatial development emphasizes new industrial development,compact urbanization,and ecological development strategies.City belt and metropolitan region are the major forms of urban development and will improve the region＇s integration with the national strategy.
