摘要
明城墙区域是西安历史文化名城保护的核心区域,规划以保护历史街区的历史信息和传统风貌为前提,妥善处理保护与发展的关系,充分发掘历史街区的魅力,调整现有的交通体系,合理组织机动车、公交(含地铁)、自行车和步行交通,在保证原有历史街区内部宜人尺度的同时,结合西安历史文化名城的建设要求,在历史保护街区、商业区、旅游景点周边等建设富有西安特色的慢行交通系统,构筑可持续发展的绿色交通体系。
The area within the Ming ancient city wall is the core of Xi＇an＇s historic preservation sites.The district transportation plan addresses both the preservation and development of the historic area.The current transportation system was adjusted to organize vehicular,bicycle,and pedestrian traffic.The new plan provides an intentionally slow transportation system that will promote sustainable development.
