文章建立了论文影响力指标及综合评价模式，通过对我国5所重点大学的应用研究结果表明：该指标对于综合考察评价科学共同体或个人的科研实力、学术水平及学术影响力是有效可行的，未来几年间我国重点大学的论文国际影响力指标仍将保持较强的上升趋势。文章对北京大学、南京大学做了进一步分析。
