摘要 为了提高国产盖板针布针尖质量水平,改善耐磨性,在火焰淬火工艺条件下,通过对比水或水溶性冷却介质(德润宝水溶性淬火液和昭和水溶性淬火液),对曲线型盖板针布MCH42P淬火质量的影响进行试验,采用盖板针布针尖部淬火深度、淬火硬度指标和金相组织作为评价指标。试验结果表明:在现有火焰淬火工艺(氧气流量为78.4 mL/s^79 mL/s,液化气流量为71.5mL/s^72 mL/s,针布输送速度为4.9 m/min^5.2 m/min)下,采用昭和水溶性淬火液(配比为1∶11,工作温度不大于38℃),曲线型盖板针布MCH42P针尖马氏体组织细小均匀,碳化物弥散分布,淬火硬度和淬火深度均达到使用要求,有利于梳棉用盖板针布耐磨性能的提高。 In order to upgrade the wire point quality of the domestic flat clothing for its better abrasion resistance, under the flame quenching process, the contrast test of the quenching quality of the curvy flat clothing MCH42P with the water or the water soluble medium (Debao branded and Zhaohe branded water soluble medium)proves that under the conditon (78.4 mL/s-79 mL/s of oxygen,71.5 mL/s-72 mL/s of liquefied petroleum gas,4.9 m/min-5.2 m/rain of the clothing feed-in)with the Zhaohe branded water soluble medium as the quenching liquid (mixing ratio 1:11 ,work tempreture 38 ℃)the martensite strcture of the curvy flat clothing MCH42P is tiny and uniform and the carbide has a good dispersion and more,the quenching rigidity and the quenching depth are both in conformity with the desired index,thus favoring the upgrading the quality of the abrasion resistance of the flat clothing.
