摘要
将形状记忆合金材料制成的弹簧-箔片式主动拆卸结构应用于传统的遥控器上,可以实现遥控器产品的主动拆卸。为了研究结构的主动拆卸效果,文章在UG中建立了该遥控器的几何模型,然后将该模型导入ANSYS中进行分析,重点分析了影响遥控器主动拆卸效果的主要因素,包括箔片作用力的大小和布置位置、产品结构以及材料性能等;通过模拟分析得出了改善主动拆卸效果的方法和措施,为其它主动拆卸产品的设计提供了参考。
Installing the shape memory alloy(SMA) made spring-foil structure into traditional remote controller can realize active disassembly of remote control products. To study the effects of active disassembly, a geometric model for a remote controller in UG is built and analyzed by ANSYS. The factors influencing the effects of active disassembly of the remote controller are discussed in detail, including the magnitude and layout of the foil force, the product structure and material properties. Through the simulation analysis, methods for improving the effectiveness of active disassembly are obtained, which provides a reference for the design of other active disassembly products.
