Assessment on Non-use Values of Artificial Green Space

利用条件价值法评估济南市泉城公园旅游资源的非使用价值。研究得出:泉城公园的人均支付意愿值(WTP)为24.0元/a,非使用价值总额为1.0亿元/a,其中选择价值为2 450万元/a,遗产价值为2 230万元/a,存在价值为5 320万元/a。研究表明人工绿地也具有非使用价值,人均支付意愿值和自然绿地差别不大。相关分析表明,职业、文化程度与支付意愿有较强相关性,文化程度和性别较显著影响支付意愿值。

The value of artificial green space is different from natural green space because of environmental disparity.Contingent valuation method is used to assess the non-use values of Quancheng Park in Jinan.It is found that the mean willingness to pay（WTP） value for Quancheng Park is 24 yuan/a and the non-use value of Quancheng Park is about 100 million yuan/a,in which the selection value is 2.45 million yuan/a,the heritage value is 2.23 million yuan/a,and the existence value is 5.32 million yuan/a.It is concluded that artificial green spaces also have non-use value and the mean WTP value is not distinct to the natural green space.Correlation analysis indicates that vocation and education have more correlativity to WTP,and education and sex obviously influence the WTP value.
