摘要
针对傅里叶变换不具有局部分析能力的缺陷,将小波分析的方法引入到磨音处理中,利用小波分析的多分辨率特性,有效地滤除随机噪声的干扰,然后设计一个高通FIR滤波器滤去与磨音频谱无关的低频噪声。将磨音频谱做归一化处理并与基准磨音频谱做差,从而判断磨机的负荷状态。仿真结果表明该方案能够滤除无关噪声,并正确判断出磨机的负荷状态。
As Fourier transformation cannot reflect the signal's local characteristic,the wavelet analysis method is introduced.With the multiresolution characteristic,random noise could be filtered effectively,and a high-pass FIR is designed to filter out the low frequency part which has northing with the mill noise.In order to compare with reference signals to judge the state of the mill,the signal of mill noise is normalized in the end.Simulation results show that the method can filter out independent noise,and judge the load state of mill.
